New Development: Full-Body Pet Coat with Integrated Harness and Reflective Trim
Standfirst: Our R&D team's newest pet clothing piece wraps full-coverage protection, an integrated harness and high-visibility detailing into one garment — designed for pets who face every kind of weather, and every kind of light.
Why We Developed It
Pet clothing only earns its place if it solves a real problem. In our conversations with owners and retailers, two needs kept returning. First, full-coverage protection: many coats stop at the back, leaving bellies and legs exposed to cold, wind and wet ground. Second, the leash problem: putting a coat over a harness often means tangled straps and buckles hidden under fabric. Our development team set out to answer both — and the result is a full-body pet coat with the harness built in.
Design Highlights
- Full-body, four-leg coverage. The coat covers the neck, chest, torso and all four legs down to the paws, with gathered elastic cuffs that keep each sleeve snug — so protection stays in place on active walks.
- Quilted outer shell. A padded, quilted shell adds warmth and structure while remaining light enough for daily wear.
- Full-length back zipper. A long zipper runs from the high collar to the tail base, making the coat simple to put on and take off — no wrestling required.
- Integrated harness. The matching webbing harness is built into the coat, with a quick-release buckle, adjustable sliders and metal D-rings for leash attachment at the back. One garment, one clean set-up.
- High-visibility reflective trim. Two bright reflective strips — one around the chest base and one across the torso — keep the wearer clearly visible during evening and early-morning walks.
- Easy to customize. As with every piece in our range, the coat is available through our OEM/ODM program with your choice of colours, sizes, reflective trim and branding.
This new pet clothing piece is the latest example of how we develop products: we start from a real owner need, build it into a working design, and confirm every detail through samples before production.
