Hunan Kangtuo Import & Export Co., Ltd. was founded in 2021 to build that gear properly. Based in Changsha, Hunan, we are a professional OEM/ODM solution provider focused entirely on pet products. We develop five core lines — harnesses, collars, leashes, pet clothing and accessories — and we produce every line in two ways: clean, comfortable Classic designs for everyday life, and Reflective versions engineered for visibility after dark. One promise runs through both: happy pets, and owners who feel confident every step of the way.

1. Harnesses Comfortable, secure, and easy to put on. Our harnesses are developed for dogs of every size and energy level, with thoughtfully placed straps that spread pressure evenly and allow natural movement. Available in Classic styles for everyday walks and Reflective styles with high-visibility straps for night-time outings.
2. Collars The everyday essential, done properly. Our collars combine durable webbing or fabric with smooth, secure buckles and adjustable fit. Choose clean Classic colors for daily wear, or Reflective collars that catch light from passing cars during evening walks.
3. Leashes Strong where it counts, comfortable where it matters. From standard walking leashes to training-length options, our leashes are built with reliable hardware and stitching that stands up to daily use. Reflective leashes add visible stitching and webbing so the whole walking set stays easy to spot after dark.
4. Pet Clothing Pets feel the weather too. Our clothing line — vests, coats, sweaters and more — is cut for real movement, with pet-safe fabrics and easy fastenings. Everyday Classic styles keep pets warm and dry; Reflective clothing adds a visible safety layer for cold-season walks in low light.
5. Accessories The details that complete a collection. From matching bandanas and bows to practical add-ons, our accessories are designed to pair with the main lines in both Classic and Reflective options, so brands and retailers can offer a fully coordinated set.

Two Series for Every Line
We deliberately split every category into two clearly defined series, so your product story stays simple and your customers always know what they are buying.
Classic Series — for everyday comfort Soft, breathable, well-made essentials in clean colors and timeless styles. This series answers the daily need: a comfortable harness, a sturdy leash, a warm coat — products that feel good and hold up to real life.
Reflective Series — for visibility after dark The same comfort and quality, engineered with reflective webbing, piping, stitching and high-visibility accents. When evening walks, early commutes, or dark winter mornings are part of the routine, the Reflective Series keeps pets clearly visible to traffic and cyclists — because a well-seen pet is a safer pet.

Why Reflective Matters
Most walks do not end in an accident — but the ones that do share a common thread: the pet was there, and the driver simply could not see it in time. Reflective material works by returning light back toward its source, so a reflective stripe on a harness or collar glows clearly in car headlights from a distance, long before a driver would otherwise notice a small animal at the roadside.
That is why our Reflective Series is not a styling gimmick. We study how reflective tapes and threads behave on different fabrics, how they survive washing and wear, and how high-visibility colors read under streetlights and in rain.
